Thank you for choosing invoicebridge.lk. Our software is provided as a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. As our services are delivered digitally and do not involve physical products, there are no items to return.

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

Our services are offered through various subscription packages. Subscription fees are charged in advance according to the selected billing cycle monthly or as otherwise specified.

3. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform during the trial period before purchasing a subscription. No payment will be required during the trial period unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to the software upon subscription, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments resulting from a billing error.
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by the payment provider.
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable period.

Any refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the payment date.

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further subscription fees will be charged after the current billing period ends.
  • Partial refunds will not be provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by applicable law.

6. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

By maintaining an active subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees using your selected payment method.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. Such interruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds.
