Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about generating IRD-compliant VAT invoices with Invoice Bridge.
What is Invoice Bridge?
Invoice Bridge converts your existing invoice files (PDF, Word, Excel, image, CSV, JSON, XML) into standardized, IRD-compliant VAT Tax Invoices — without manual re-keying.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. You can upload a file and generate watermarked sample invoices for free. Sign up to download watermark-free, IRD-compliant invoices and to manage your invoices.
What file formats and sizes are supported?
PDF, Word, Excel, common image types, CSV, JSON and XML. Each upload can be up to 2 MB.
How is the IRD invoice number generated?
Invoice numbers follow the IRD format YYMMM_QQQQ_XXXXX — the year and month from the invoice date, your Invoice Prefix (QQQQ), and the numeric serial from your source invoice (e.g. 25DEC_BR01_000000728).
Is VAT information required?
Yes. A VAT Tax Invoice must contain VAT details. If no VAT information is detected in the uploaded document, generation is stopped with a clear message so you can correct it.
How is my data handled?
Uploads are processed securely over encrypted connections and access is tenant-scoped. See our Privacy Policy for full details on collection, use, and retention.
What does it cost?
There's a free trial to get started, with paid plans for higher volumes. See the Pricing section on the home page for current plans.
